The Society had a very enjoyable visit, hosted by Fr Stephen Pimlott, to his two churches – St Joseph’s Nechells and the Sacred Heart Aston – on 7 March. The interior decoration of the Sacred Heart is stunning and members who were unable to come on the visit should take an opportunity to see it for themselves. The church has recently undergone major work on the roof costing almost half a million pounds. Some of that sum is still to be paid and so if any member would like to make a donation please follow this link https://www.sacredheartaston.com/ and click on to ‘giving’
